The automatic "Down-lock" feature prevents tables from rising when someone sits on the end. The are also counterbalanced and equipped with compression springs to prevent slamming to the floor and assist in easy lifting for returning into the wall pocket. The design provides ample floor clearance and there are no lock holes on the tables or bench surfaces, so surfaces stay clean.
Wall-Pocket tables and benches come with a patented Track-lock system for easy removal and return of the tables.
